5. A Very Pretty Prediction--BUT FIRST
The idea of angry latinos flipping Arizona from deep Republican Red to Democratic Blue is a lovely thought, as are the thoughts of Jan Brewer, either McCain or Hayworth ceding McCain's senate seat to a Democrat, and formerly-safe Arizona state representatives' and state senators' seas falling to Democrats like nine-pins. But something, two things actually, have to happen FIRST.

Those Arizona latinos who are US citizens are going to have to register to vote. Then they will actually have to go to the polls and cast their ballots on Election Day if not before, assuming Arizona has something like Texas' early voting system.

One of the reasons this bill got signed into law has been Arizona latino voters' previous apathy and low voter turnouts. If they'd voted in earlier state elections in the same proportions as they comprise Arizona's population, Brewer might have chosen to veto. If they had turned out 90 percent of their possible voters, Republicans wouldn't DARE come up with such odious legislation as the bill just passed.

I'm not blaming Arizona latino voters for what happened. That bill was a right-wing Arizona Republican Rosemary's Baby. But Arizona latino citizen-voters could have prevented it from happening if they'd acted much earlier.
