I tried sticking with light salads and stuff for awhile, but it's oh sooo hard to do that when your company is paying for your meals. :/

In the process, I managed to gain almost 10 lbs... I rarely went to fast food places either, it was mostly places like Chili's and Texas Roadhouse... Their food isn't even that awesome tasting for it to be that bad for us.
