The other posters are also exactly right & if this type of legalized fraud weren't bad enough, the insurance companies dictate to everyone (who has insurance) what procedures are necessary or pre-existing or experimental.

Add in the the out & out THEFT of Big Pharma and it's easy to understand why Congress is so reluctant to pass a national health care bill & derail the gravy train. :rant:
