15. Question...
I haven't had private insurance in about 7 years (pre-existing condition), so I don't know the answer to this...

When you buy private insurance, is there a contract for a specified amount of time that you have to keep it, like with a cell phone, or whatever -- or can you cancel it at any time?

If you can, people should wait & see if there will be a Public Exchange (or, maybe even a Public Option) to find the deal that makes the best sense to them.

I also think rates need to be regulated 'cause they are waaaaaaaay out of line... by anyone's standards, at this point.

There's a difference between High Profits and Record High Profits... maybe the difference is being able to give multi-million dollar 'bonuses' to executives. Nothing that would actually improve the healthcare of anyone...
