After a few compromises necessary to build bipartisan support and to placate Democratic Senators uncomfortable with the word "criminal," they are near agreement on a bill, the 2009 Punish the War Criminals Act, which would make the entire week of July 4th National George W Bush Week, would replace The head of Abraham Lincoln in the Lincoln Monument with the head of Dick Cheney, and would mandate that all Americans contribute 17% of their gross annual income to the Donald Rumsfeld Known Unknowns Exhibit at the Smithsonian (now to be known as the Pat Dobson Museum of Creation Science and Industry).
