Also, I think the reason why Walmart probably has a problem with customer service, is low wages. If you pay crap wages of course you aren't going to get knowledgeable sells people. These people go to high end places where the pay is decent. to put it more simply you get what you pay for. Also like you inferred in your post. if you had to deal with rude people all day of course customer service will be bad, one would have to either be a saint or on Prozac, not to respond in kind by the end of the day.
