Bush should simply state that the firing of USAs is an executive branch function and that is that. The legislative branch can hold hearings until the cows come home, but the executive branch will not participate---period. No witnesses, no documents, just laugh in your face, go read the constitution. But, alas...."

LOL, one branch of government certainly needs to be educated about the constitution, and it's not the legistlature you freepers. It's really funny to see them say that they should recall some of their own party members.
