We need elections EVERY YEAR..

ODD years are for state & local

EVEN years are for congress/senate/president

It would make ALL elections important..not just presidential years.

and it would make them all easier too.

In even years, a ballot could be a 5 x 7 card..with never more than THREE races

and they could be standardized nationally, with the same layout in all states

house..every 2 years
senate..2 year cycles, but not every 2 years
president..every 4 years

Counting would be a snap


odd year elections would be less vulnerable to out of staters' mischief too
