12. I've gotten a few people confused by this one...
Jesus was crucified, and it was Judas who fingered him for it, right?

Jesus spent an extremely bad Friday afternoon, then was laid in the tomb. Three days later, he's resurrected and out spreading the word how you can't keep a good man down, right?

Forty days after that, Jesus deployment is up and he is assumpted (what IS the right verb here?) bodily into Heaven, (which, by all accounts is a pretty cool place) to be with the Father for ever 'n' ever. This is the ultimate goal of all the Christians, right?

Now we come to Judas. He fingered Jesus for the Romans...but according to the prophecy, he had to do it, otherwise Jesus wouldn't have been able to fulfill his manifest destiny by being crucified, right?

Judas felt really bad about this- he hadn't intended for things to go anywhere near that far.
He felt so bad that he went and committed suicide. Double crime there- betrayal and suicide- ticket to Hell, my good sir, ticket to Hell.

So, Jesus is in Heaven, partyin' with all the good guys. Judas is in Hell, permanently frying.
My question then is this:

Who made the REAL sacrifice?
:yoiks:
