it's not a zero-sum game. There's room for lots of actions, and we should take them all.

But, I do believe your assertion that "they will divide among themselves" is naive and without foundation. You're overlooking what a dramatically unifying factor hate is, and how it binds people together for the long haul.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

That's what drives these people. They derive strength from each other, and they must be kept in the spotlight as much as possible. The more they're shown up, the sillier they look, and that must continue.

Do not make the mistake of discounting these people - and the giant funding that drives and supports them - as crazies. They're tools, and they're dedicated, a bunch of zealots who hate that black man in the Oval Office, and that makes them very, very powerful...................................
