Prosecuting Bush et al would be a good political movie.

As opposed to the Village mindset that prosecuting Bush crimes would hurt Obama and the Dems. I think it will do the opposite.
As the almost daily revelations of more and more wrong doing emerge and the polls show less regard for the Bush Presidency, going after the criminals would do two things. Remind Americans how bad, lawless and unaccountable the Republicans were when they ran things. And also put the Republicans in the position now to defend this criminality. Putting them on the defensive and making them more distrusted by the voters.
Obama and the Dems are looking at the Clinton impeachment, they should be looking at Nixon as an example.
