15. Exactly and people still use the argument that Obama never campaigned
for single-payer as an excuse for him to not change his mind, but it is OK to change his mind on the mandates.

Obama should have changed his mind on SP instead of the mandates, the Democrats are fighting the socialism charge and they are not even discussing a Canadian or UK system.
