For people whose credit was already shot,
the whole shebang was CHEAPER than the
$1,000/month rent on a 2 or 3 bedroom place.

At the end of the line, if they had saved
the $500/month they were saving on the rent,
they would still walk away ahead, even after
"walking away" from the mammoth house.

We didn't do it, but if my credit had
ALREADY been effed up, I might have considered
it.
