that I use often without thinking. It was not an insult. I am prone to using the term honey also, and sweetpea. Now which would you have rather been called, sweetheart or sweetpea. (that was a joke)


If you mean, can they go to jail.. well, in an extreme situation, where a refusal of treatment led to the death of a patient. YEP
