... he was sent to a special language training facility to learn Russian before being 'dishonorably discharged'. He then 'decided' to defect to Russia. The reality was that he was sent to Russia by US intelligence (either ONI or the CIA). Upon his return from the USSR, he also became an FBI informant.

Oswald was anything but a lone nut gunman. I'm sure he would have considered himself a patriot. He could have thought he had penetrated the assassination ring and was in a position to help thwart an attempt on Kennedy. What exactly was in the note destroyed by FBI Agent James Hosty?

Shortly before his death he stated, "I'm just a patsy". This shows that in the end, he knew the people who were running him had completely and utterly betrayed him. These same people betrayed America. The world is still suffering from the consequences of JFK's murder.
