43. They regretted that "plan" almost as soon as they started it
The whole "idea" of Vegas has always been a place for the grownups to play hooky, have fun, and do it without the "family thing".

Vegas lost a LOT of their "regulars" when they started tripping over kids everywhere, and vegas is not a "safe" place for unattended kids of any age.

Casinos don't allow them, for obvious reasons. Childcare in hotels is costly, and there are plenty of places that are truly family-friendly, so why not just go there with the kids, and then go to Vegas without the kids.

We go once a year, and accidentally took our kids one time..what a FIASCO. It cost us more than it would have to have hired someone to come to our house & stay with them, AND take them to Disneyland while we were gone..:)..and No one had much fun. ( I have to go, since I'm the tournament organizer, and they begged us to come along)
