But now that he's in the big chair suddenly he's moving to the right, breaking a whole lot of promises, and totally silent on everything he could do to help us.

It's ridiculous to think that Obama doesn't know exactly what he could do, and how easily he could do it, to help our community. But helping us is off the agenda. We have become toxic.

I think he has a long term goal of making himself acceptable to the center-right, the way Bill Clinton was eventually acceptable to them, and Obama thinks that helping us even once will kill any chance of that happening.
