78. They do care
Edited on Wed Apr-04-07 08:41 AM by Marrah_G
They work in intense heat, intense cold, long hours, holidays etc. They do this while constantly taking pay CUTS. I'm sorry your bag was ripped, but frankly shit happens and with the huge amount of baggage they see everyday yours was unfortunately one that was damaged.

My guy walked around the corner on the tarmac after lunch to find his friend of 25 years cut up into little tiny pieces by a de-ice machine driven by their 3rd friend. De-Icing so their customers could get where they needed to go even in the extreme cold. Every once in a while a bag gets lost or damaged, a plane breaks down or weather makes it impossible to fly safely. How ab out the millions everyday who get where they need to go, ontime and without a problem?

Say what you want about the corporations, but the people on the ground work their asses off everyday to keep this country moving, they don't deserve to be told they don't care.

Now if you want to be absolutely sure your bag isn't ever ripped then rent a fucking car and drive where you need to go, since the airline employees are such assholes.
