Excellent service, first of all, but that's not all. They are some awesome people there. Flying Beijing-Narita, they ended up getting delayed (due to ground traffic at PEK that was out of their hands) and we missed our connection to O'Hare.

They quickly, calmly, and courteously escorted us to something resembling a triage, and had us all booked on flights with other airlines (ironically for this thread, mine was AA) within 20 minutes. The level of professionalism and courtesy was shocking, especially considering the way United usually treats me.
