32. My fiancee's brother was about your weight six months ago.

He was deeply depressed, very unhealthy, and at the end of his rope. He decided to make a change.

He took it very, very slowly. Changed his diet. Began swimming at the local YMCA. Did his program every day.

He has lost 75 pounds, and you've never seen anyone with a wider smile. He got married last month.

He did it, and is doing it. So can you.
