As someone who has had some of my mail opened, this is not surprising at all.

Yes, I'm sure Rosie is being targeted by the bullies, and that's all they are.

Paranoid, mean spirited controlling bullies.

Thank you for posting. It certainly would not be out of line for your mother to directly put the Postal worker on the spot and ask with a smile why her letter went into a different pile.

Another idea is to your yourself go to the Post office with a thank you letter to Rosie and see what they do with it. If they do something stop them directly and ask them what they are doing.

Also get another friend to send one as well, or friends. See how many letters are put in separate piles.

Lets don't let them get away with wrongdoing without confrontation and/or letting them know we know. Take their names as well. Get their postal employment number. Our instincts are there for a reason.
