The Decider had "authorized" what, imo, was another money laundering system for all kinds of black operations-this at State through Elizabeth Cheney's venture fund "vision"--something called the Middle East Partnership Initiative/MEPI where Ms. Riza's "expertise" was helpful. That SAIC connection opens up yet another mother figure (or 2+) former WH VP staffer and Deputy Director of the "secret" National Energy Policy Development Group Karen Knutson (a lobbyist) who has had many clients including SAIC (just click on her name profile) as detailed by Open Secrets-she must have interfaced with MEPI at some point too
