Certain people have been trained, against their will and through means that are more devious and insiduous than the Nazi propoganda machine that manipulated masses of people to commit atrocities. You can not blanket blame all people for being willful, the nature of the beast is far more insiduous and finds ways around personal 'will'

While it may be easy to say, 'get banks out of gov't decisions and arrest criminals', the reality may make that impossible, i.e. ex-bankers in gov't positions and a unwillingness to slap hand cuffs on themselves. When the very foundations of a Republic becomes corrupt, there is only one solution.
