25. Number #1 for me. I think the women in the House and the Senate
have decided to treat him like a difficult child. The hand on his shoulder says calm down, I'm in charge, if you behave I will let you play with the adults. Same thing Boxer did to Inhofe the other day.

I used to have an older terrier (Westie) bitch. Whenever a rambunctious male juvenile (of any size) was misbehaving in her presence she would gently put her paws on them, make them lay down and then she would lick them all over until they were comatose and submissive. I have a picture of my 13 pound Westie taking control of a Doberman in this way.

To me Boxer and Pelosi are terriers and instinctively know how to handle the sporting/hunting dogs in the White House and legislature.
