that said... usually when somebody is wanted you are contacted by the cops, as a person of interest

Once they establish the car is not in your brother's possession but wife is driving it, they keep it on watch, (in case your brother comes) but not flagged for stopping, unless of course the wife runs a red

Knowing how cops work helps to assuage the paranoia

Now if that car should be driven by your brother, who is wanted for I assume terrible crimes... well that is a hot stop... do I need to 'spplain how that works
