so PLEASE don't take it that way Macs are more expensive, somewhat less flexible, and you have to jump through hoops (or install Windows on a partition) to play games. Feature for feature, the Mac just isn't that much more expensive than a PC. (<= $100)
As far as games? I'm always mystified as to why the same folks who complain about Macs being "too expensive" will drop $2800 on a gaming box that has the same functionality as a $600 XBox/Wii/PS3
