All of our Senatators and Representatives would have done well to handle this like Feingold and some of our House members did. And they should have known better.

My statement about Feingold's statements being prophetic were based in comparison with the 99 other Senators. But it didn't really take prophecy to say what he did. It just took a good familiarity with history and with our Constitution, enough drive to actually read the leglislation, and the courage to stand up and say something about it when everyone else was swept along in the panic.
