Granted, some things (like dealing with paperwork screw-ups) you have to deal with them over the phone, and their phone lines are insanely slammed. Last time I had to call them, I had to start calling at 6:30 in the morning (otherwise I'd get nothing but busy signals and phone-company "We are unable to complete your call" messages) and even then, I had to wait for an hour and a half on hold before I could talk to a human and get things straightened out.

And they've been fairly prompt with direct-depositing unemployment benefits as long as I've been doing my biweekly refilings over the web on time.

Some states just go out of their way to be a pain in the ass. :mad:
