1. I don't think the last two lines are correct
I'd have put them this way:

Justice Thomas: Well...I was in a hurry to get out of the office and didn't really read it. It was something about Osama and Kenya or something like that. I just didn't have time, so I put it in the wrong pile. Let's just kill it and get on with business, OK. I mean...it's not like you guys haven't screwed up a time or two.

Justice Scalia: Oh, come on, fellas, it's got to be worth a shot to get rid of this guy.
