1.) Personal ties probably go very far in Wasilla 2.) There's plenty of areas to help and volunteer in many areas of campaigning 3.) Not a whole heck of a lot to do in Alaska
All those things combined, I don't see that it would be out of the ordinary for someone having worked with Palin to be working on their campaign.
But who knows, he could be a horrible, horrible, pre-LSAT liar.
