17. Wow, I JUST left NOLA yesterday afternoon.
The Big Muddy was just muddy, not toxic yesterday morning when I stood on the levee at Jackson Square........

I feel bad for the bicycle commuters who take the ferry from Old Algiers over to work in the city. There are a bunch of them, and I bet a lot don't have cars for going the long way around.......
