One of the biggest patriotic events in recent times will be coming to Arizona on Saturday, March 10, 2007!



On Saturday, March 10th there will be 2 pro-troop rally stops in Arizona for a historic, patriotic caravan. We need supporters to show up to these pro-troop rally locations, and if possible, drive along with the caravan from the rallies for at least part of the way. (Decorate your vehicle with red, white, blue effects/American flag decals, and bring American flags to the rally locations, please!). We expect the media to cover these events so we need a good sized crowd to turn out!



As the caravan travels along I-10 East out of California there will be 2 Arizona pro-troop rally stops including: Phoenix from 2:00 - 3:00 PM at the Steele Indian School Park (beside the VA Hospital and VA Rest Home); and a 5:30 - 6:30 PM rally in Tucson at the Kino Korean War Memorial Park (2805 East Ajo Way).





This caravan of vehicles will travel from California all the way to Washington, D.C. - picking up new vehicles and supporters along the way. At each rally stop we are collecting American flags from pro-troop supporters like yourself to display at a giant pro-troop rally in Washington, D.C. on Capitol Mall. By the time we reach Washington, D.C. on March 17th we will conduct a giant pro-troop and patriotic rally to counter planned anti-war demonstrations (that weekend marks the 4th anniversary of the commencement of Operation Iraqi Freedom).



The national pro-troop/patriotic caravan - "THESE COLORS DON'T RUN" - is sponsored by Move America Forward (the nation's largest grassroots, pro-troop group - www.MoveAmericaForward.org ). We organized the "You Don't Speak for Me, Cindy" caravan and the "We Support Our Troops AND Their Missions" bus tour across this nation. Now, we're leading the "THESE COLORS DON'T RUN" national caravan to create a patriotic, and uplifting event that offers a positive alternative to all the negativity and defeatism from the anti-war crowd.
