Chicken Pot Pie

Diced leftover chicken apprx 1 c
Frozed mixed veggies apprx 1c
Can of cream of chicken soup
stock or milk apprx 3/4 c
season with salt, pepper, oregano, whatever, my family loves this with tarragon.

Mix together and put in baking dish
Top with 1 box jiffy cornbread mix mixed per box instructions

Throw in 350 oven for about 45 minutes (or until center is bubbling and cornbread baked thru), cover if needed to keep cornbread from over browning.
