16. Trucks lug their engines at slower speeds. If we are constantly downshifiting
to climb a small grade because we are going too slow to begin with, I wouldn't be surprised if we're not consuming more fuel.

If all occupations had to take a cut in pay just to do their job, you would hear all kinds of moaning.
