Huckabee can easily win the Republican nomination:

He won't win NH, but he can finish second if Romney collapses enough and the other votes are too divided. That will give him a further boost as he is not expected to do anything there. Then he goes on and wins against divided opposition in Michigan. Then he wins SC and does well in NV(probably no win here, but a good showing). Then he wins MO, AL, AR, OK, TN, GA, and MN(why should this be very different than Iowa? Huge evangelical presence there.) and possibly squeezing in wins in Colorado and California due to divided opposition. He can also beat Giuliani in Florida pretty easily. Sure he won't get shit in NY, NJ, or any other northeastern state but he doesn't need them.

At this point he has a plurality of delegates and we haven't gotten to Texas yet. He's already proven he doesn't need money or organization. If Romney and Giuliani stay in through Feb. 5th, they're in trouble. Republicans also generally have winner take all rules meaning that he can get the whole damn thing in a bunch of these states.
