10. You hit a significant issue
Roe v. Wade acknowledges the Constitution was constructed so as to implement a right to reasonable privacy. The so-called strict constructionist counter argument to Roe v. Wade is that there is no such right. Overturning Roe v. Wade on that basis therefore opens the door not only to government but corporate intrusion into the private lives of individuals. While many "pro-life" people are motivated by their moral considerations to advocate such a strategy, most of them I have spoken to become very uncomfortable with the implications to privacy. I suspect most of the upper scale right wingers are driven by no such moral considerations, but are rather motivated by their never ending quest for domination over the lives of individuals.

The OP is also correct ... it is practically an equal rights issue. Well, the right wingers are no fan of that either.
