You are indeed good parents.
Recently, there was a story in our local paper about a former minor league football coach who used to coach our AF2 team and got fired. He was up in Wisconsin fishing when he got an infection from a bug bite or something. He got sicker and lapsed into a coma before passing away at age 53. The main reason he died was because he had no health insurance. Doctors stated that he would have lived had he sought medical help. It is a very sad situation, a wife is left a widow, his kids have no father all because he couldn't afford to buy health insurance. So I agree with the last line of your post, This is indeed wrong and has to stop. If I may use a cliche, Health care is a right, not a privilege. Why should anyone not be able to recieve quality health care? There is absolutely no reason for it other than greed.
