because if we survive TWELVE FUCKING BILLION A MONTH on war , we can certainly do the same with every goddam problem this country faces.
Hey! Here's an idea! Lets only spend six billion in September- I'm sure they'll get by- and start a NATIONAL INCUBATOR FOR ALTERNATIVE ENERGY BUSINESSES.
