This is a PDF. On it are the words "Impeach Bush and Cheney." It is 4 pages and will type out on any printer. I would try printing without a border. You will still have to do some trimming. You will see that it is not centered on the sheets. There is more space after the letters. You can trim that too. I find that using a glue stick is the least hassle adhesive to use for mounting the sheets to a backing. I would start by tacking one corner of the first piece, then align and attach the others as you go along. A sharpie will clean up any gaps in the letters.
