5. 7 wk. old baby had bilateral skull fracture - left on road 7 hrs; Dad on drugs
More from OP link:
"One of the officers thought it was a doll in the road," Jones said.

An 18-month-old boy was also in the car. Ashley Cleek was asleep behind the steering wheel, and Kenneth Cleek was in the back seat passed out, Jones said. He "was intoxicated on Xanax," Jones alleged.

The infant had abrasions and bruises on an elbow and knee and had a swollen area on her head, Jones said. She was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where doctors determined that she had a bilateral skull fracture.

Both children were taken into protective custody and are with relatives, Jones said. He said he didn't know how long the child had been in the road. A police report shows that Ashley Cleek said the couple had pulled off the road about 5 a.m."

MY COMMENT: Those kids can't be much safer "with relatives", since the relatives are the ones who raised the two criminals who abused the kids. We all know that child abusers were themselves abused as children. And these two kids are to small to be able to communicate to child protective services what grandma &/or grandpa may do to them.
