60. Kick and a few more dots to add for researchers worldwide based on previous findings
Frank N. Hawkins Jr. is the self-described former "covert" operative that heads an "investment relations" firm, Hawk Associates, Inc/HAI.

When you and I and several others were looking into the Walter Reed outpatient scandal initially regarding the involvement of International American Products/IAP, HAI and many of its clients caught my attention.

One of the clients of HAI is Manhattan Scientifics, Inc., and the choice of Manhattan refers to the fact that its tech center is located at Los Alamos-i.e. the Manhattan Project. The scientific advisory board has included former Manhattan Project scientist George A. Cowan.

Another of Manhattan's scientific board advisors, Donald J. Sandstrom, did a lot of "work" regarding the "clean-up" of the Rocky Flats facility.

Heck, even the "father of the celluar phone", Martin Cooper, was on the scientific advisory board at Manhattan.

Take a look at who runs Manhattan's international relations and its communications-Frank N. Hawkins Jr.

Now Manhattan has ties to a lot of promising tech, especially fuel cells, but there are the intelligence and WMD connections, and the "funding" to consider. Moreover, the issue of foreign and domestic patents and transfers is present with HAI's involvement, and the direct connection to nuclear arms reduction verification (cited in the first hyperlink)-which has now basically been trashed.

Another of Manhattan's Directors, Ralph Anderson, resigned late last year.

Leaving Manhattan and HAI, as noted upthread, there is good old Brent Wilkes and Dusty to seriously focus on.

Brent and Dusty and a lot of other folks like former Generals and Admirals form the talent and have the skill sets for outsourced no-bid intelligence contracts parceled out to front groups like L-3.

Good luck to all that are hunting for the truth about these traitors-kick.
