37. I don't think that was out of line at all. It sounds to me as though
the OP used his dog to have a little fun with someone, but this could have put his beloved pet at risk and the OP may not have heard the last of this yet. There is a possibility that it could be reported as a vicious dog attack and since the dog was not physically restrained, i.e. leashed, it may be that local law would call for the animal to be impounded or a fine imposed. Many people don't take dog attacks lightly, even if they don't result in being bitten.
