I couldn't agree more if I'd written it.

There is nothing wrong with extending the loving hand of friendship to those in need whoever they are and whatever language they speak. That is entirely different from using a wretched situation to profit from driving down the whole country's standard of living. The hammer must fall on the governments who export their "problems" to other countries so they don't have to fix what's wrong with their own, and also on employers who hire undocumented workers with a wink and a nod and use their desperation as leverage against them.
