as I wasn't so obsessed with the day-to-day goings on in the media. Was there a hue and cry, as there was with KO? Were there organized protests and petitions? I don't remember that, but the KO suspension got immediate and overwhelming condemnation. In addition, Keith's ratings were growing, not sinking, as Donahue's were. This illustrates the power of a unified force, and of course, the power of the buck (ours.) Even though the media has always been heavily weighted to the right, it's gotten much worse in seven years. We lefties are starved for a rational voice like Keith's and demand for it to be heard.
