I know that many of us think she is not smart and she tends to prove us right. If she were mentally retarded in the classic definition, she would have to have an average IQ of 70 or below in several areas. She can read a teleprompter and the crib notes on her hand. She can make complex decisions, albeit not very good ones. Her IQ is probably at least 110. She is intellectually lazy and arrogant to boot, but she is not retarded. To call Palin retarded really is an insult to people who are actually clinically retarded. People who are mentally retarded often use every shred of their ability to function at a level that is somewhat acceptable to society. Palin does the bare minimum to get by and make her millions. Unfair if you ask me.
