from O'Keefe after the ACORN stunt began to look like it might lead to criminal charges. O'Keefe did scrub his reference to that claim from his blog. I'm sure, since he's been told not to contact anyone who might be connected to this case, the FBI will probably get a warrant to make sure he doesn't. Ironic, and hopefully they will get a warrant, that these rightwingers were so much in favor of spying on the American people since, according to them, 'if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to worry about'.
