2. I just googled "shame automobile"...
I'd never heard the term before, but I must be the last person in America who hasn't--I googled it and found out their use is illegal in at least ten states. The only thing I can think of is, they buy an old shitty car and mark it with shit like "the person who lives in this house is a deadbeat." And then they park it in front of your home.

What I see above violates Section 445.252 (yes, I looked it up) of Michigan code, which lists the acts a bill collector may not do. And falsely reporting a car stolen is a felony in all 50 states. So, there's intent to commit a whole lotta crimes there. I'd sue the FUCK out of this company, and I would win because juries despise bill collectors.
