65. You have the power to "disconnect" any cords...
All you have to do is take a few moments to meditate on each chakra and if you sense any cords...visulize them either being pulled out and/or disconnected in any way that feels best to you. Sometimes you will be able to "see" the chakra/center in your minds' eye as well as the cord and if you follow the cord..you will get a mental picture of who is on the other end and why. Whatever works for you is what is right. Same way in the world. You have the right and duty and power to be vigilant in who you let into your life..as well as the right and duty to throw out of your life any that are damaging to your well being. Real love doesn't hurt.
