he did not add this to the estimate at the time, it was tacked on after I canceled them to complete the job (they were coming back the next day) nor did he tell me it would cost $250.00.
I'm just trying to get this guy who screamed at me on the phone to not continue to have an A+ rating on the BBB site. I'm beginning to think that's an impossible task - after all, the BBB relies on membership, so it's really not a regulatory agency at all.
