Lately(last 2 months) when I get bad service I have been emailing the consumer affairs division at various corporate office to let them know what happened. I don't only complain I also offer solutions including paying better candidates better money....

Not to brag about what I have been sent by companies but it goes something like this...

3 nights lodging......2 nights at a Marriott property and 1 night at Motel 6

1 free oil and lube at a Jiffy Lube

A free order of flowers (up to $60.00) from Pro Flowers

2 Dinners at Olive Garden/Red Lobster

5 Ice Cream Sundays at Baskin Robbins

10 Meal Deal certs each from McDs and Buger King.

3 Drinks from Seattle's Best Coffee

Anyone else ever done this....The only reason I started this was to make light of the bad customer service and to let company's know they are getting what they are paying for.....mostly lack of concern.....
